Order Processing

Please allow 1–2 weeks for your order to be processed, produced, and shipped. Many RDG items are made to order, which helps us reduce waste and maintain the quality you expect.

During periods of high order volume, holidays, new product launches, or race weekends, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we’ll contact you using the email provided at checkout.

Shipping

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Local Pickup & Race Weekend Delivery

Free local pickup and race weekend delivery may be available depending on your location and our race schedule. Please contact Rad Dad Garage before placing your order to confirm availability and receive a free-shipping code to use at checkout.

Race weekend delivery is available at select events we attend. Availability varies by event and location, so please reach out before ordering to make arrangements.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs if an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help work with the shipping carrier and get the issue resolved.
